A 50% deposit is required to hold you spot with the ballance to be paid by September 1, the year of your hunt.

BUCK STOP
GUIDING AND OUTFITTING WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH, CERTIFIED
CHEQUE, OR MONEY ORDERS FOR FINAL PAYMENTS ON HUNTS AND
LICENSE FEES.
BUCK STOP GUIDING AND OUTFITTING AGREES TO PROVIDE, UNLESS
OTHERWISE STATED, ALL GUIDES, MEALS, COOKS, ACCOMMODATIONS,
GROUND TRANSPORTATION, EXPORT PERMITS, SKINNING. BUCK STOP
OUTFITTING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY
TIME UPON RETURN OF DEPOSITS. ANY HUNT CANCELLATION WILL
RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSITS TO THE HUNTER. THE HUNTER NAMES
IN THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT HOLD BUCK STOP GUIDING AND
OUTFITTING, OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL
INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGES, MEDICAL ILLNESS, OR CONDITIONS
SUFFERED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, AS A RESULT OF ANY
ACTIVITIES. THIS CONTRACT IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE
PROVINCE OF ALBERTA.
