All hunts are in US dollars.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot

All balances must be paid in full 60 days before arrival date.

All of our hunt packages are 6 day hunts

Hunters are responsible for their own personal transportation from their home to Edmonton, Alberta. We provide a shuttle service to and from Edmonton International Airport. Clients must be ready for pick up no later than 12 pm at the airport on the 1st day of their hunt and will be transported directly to the camp.

During your stay with Buckstop Guiding & Outfitting all meals are included in the cost of your customized hunt package. We supply three wholesome meals per day as well as a wide variety of high energy snacks. Meals are prepared fresh daily by our on staff chef.

Hunt Information & Packages

At the time of booking all hunters will be required to fill out and sign a contract and agree to the terms and conditions. This document must be filled out and returned to us within 30 days.

Personal Gear

Appropriate clothing is required to ensure a safe and comfortable hunt. Temperatures can reach -30 C in the winter so be prepared.

Blaze orange is not required in Alberta.

Warm wool or down filled jacket.

Wool pants are suggested.

Fleece liners, t-shirts and sweaters for layering.

Waterproof, warm boots

Warm head gear

2 pairs of gloves/mittens

Long underwear

Personal medications and toiletries.

All bedding, towels and face cloths will be provided.

The camp has TV, phone services, internet, electricity, and laundry facilities.

Cellphones have coverage within all of our zones.

Gear List

BUCKSTOP GUIDING AND OUTFITTING HUNT PACKAGES INCLUDE, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL GUIDES, MEALS, COOKS, ACCOMMODATIONS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO LODGE FROM EDMONTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, EXPORT PERMITS, AND SKINNING OF ANIMALS.

BUCKSTOP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME UPON RETURN OF DEPOSITS.
ANY HUNT CANCELLATON WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF DEPOSITS TO THE HUNTER.

Please note: gratuities, airfare, alcohol, speciality items, and taxes are not included in the price of your hunt package.
